Works very well so far. I’ve only had it running a few days. I recommend.
Unfortunately in my city I found I can’t get distilled water, only reverse osmosis water which doesn’t get rid of tap water chemicals I’m allergic to, so I can hopefully get the right water somewhere else and likely will have to travel to get it.
Very good water cooler so far!

We wanted a water dispenser, why can we not get one without the hot water option? This is fine, looks ok, takes water bottles, but I won’t use the hot water function.

Q: How tall of a water bottle would fit in the spot to fill up your mug/water bottle? I can't find a measurement anywhere for this? I have a water bottle thats 11" high - would it Fit?

A: The platform to the bottom of the water spigot is 8 1/2 inches high and the platform is 3 1/2 inches wide, however depending on the opening of your water bottle you can easily hand tilt the water bottle away from water cooler and fill accordingly. Alternatively, Mark E - You may also go into your Canadian Tire store to see if your water bottle is compatible to this water cooler or perhaps consider a new water bottle. Hope this is of assistance to you.

Q: I have lost my instructions, and i keep getting tons of flakes of calcium (white flakes) in my water glass. How can I clean this out? i cannot figure it out!

A: To Remove Mineral Deposits: Mix 4 L of water with 200 g citric acid crystals, putting the mixture intothe machine making sure the water can flow out of the hot water tap.Switch on the power and heat it for about 10 minutes, Thirty minuteslater, drain the solution and rinse it with water two or three times.Generally this should be done every six months.Never disassemble by yourself to avoid damaging the machine. (The Manual, p. 10)

Q: Does this have room temperature water?

A: There is no button for room temperature but you can control the temperature of the water from the back. What I did was turn off the hot water heater and that way I push that for room temperature water
