Not that Sharp and Doesn't Stay Sharp Long

It does not seem very sharp even for the first time use. It doesn't seem to stay sharp for very long. I bought it specifically to cut up soft vegetables like tomatoes and kale and after a few days of use I definitely noticed a difference in cutting. The self sharpener feature seems to be of limited or no use at all. I have to use my own ceramic sharpener to get back the cutting edge I need.
