This pre-seasoned black pan can be used on all types of stovetops and is compatible with gas stoves, electric elements, ceramic surfaces, solid fuel stoves, and even induction surfaces. Designed with a riveted, sturdy cast iron handle for convenient transportation of food, it can be used for anything from searing, and sautéing, to baking and broiling.
