Poor quality probes

It worked great at first but after about two months it stopped. Showed an error message that moisture on the probe shorted it out and I would need to buy a new probe at $20; The whole brand new unit is only $24 not that I would buy it again. I tried to return it but was told I was past the limit for returns and they could not do anything I would have to contact the manufacturer. I am not going to waste a lot of time playing run around with the guys who built it over $25. Research into this I found many are having the same problems where the probes are breaking shortly after purchasing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Works well with accurate readings. The touch screen is a nice touch and the unit is well made with temperature and timer alarms as well as an Integrated stand.

For all your probing needs

A little complicated to use with the pre-sets and has some switches on the back that are a pain in but to get to once you mount the unit to something, but it does a great job and works very well.
