Horrible experience at Kingsway Canadian tire in Edmonton

Worst experience ever. Never buy. The package was clearly previously opened and there was grass on the grills. When I went to return they first said they can only exchange or give store credit, since it was used in the past. Eventually the manager agreed to take it back for full refund because clearly the Kingsway Edmonton store has poor standards and will sell anything. Avoid that store at all costs.

Very frustrating!

I bought this barbeque a number of weeks ago, but I’ve only used it once because it only works with the little green 1 pound propane canisters. I’ve yet to find a propane hose that works with this thing! I’ve tried two different universal hoses and this is beyond frustrating now!

Q: There’s no on/off knobs for the propane. Is the on/off the red ignition button?

A: No there isn't an on/off for the propane tank you attach but you can use the burner on/off switches to stop or can disconnect the tank. The red button is the ignition to light the burners.

A: If using the smaller Coleman propane tank, it gives support to the bottom of the tank as the tank will just rest within the center of it.

A: You can by unscrewing the attached points, but since it's not designed that way so it might be flimsy and unstable if put on the ground or a table.

A: I believe ceramic bricks should be heated on the cooking side, heating them from below might take too long to prepare them for cooking. besides, the bricks should be fit to the grill side rails not to block the lid.

A: Yes you can use 20lb tanks with all of these portable BBQs you just have to buy 4ft adapter hose. You can find it online for $20-$30. You should also use gas pressure regulator attached to tank same as you would on full size BBQ.
