Brush is good - clip part not so much

I purchased 2 and both of the clips that hold the brush came broken in the package. There is not much to them, but brush part won't stay in the brush handle without them. I ended up drilling small hold in handle, putting screw in to hold it in place. Otherwise these brushes are good and last a pretty good amount of time.

A: Hello Dear, these items are still continued, but due to the shortage of palmyra bristles, the inventory is so tight. A big amount of palmyra bristles will be ready, brushes will be on stock in the next one or two months. Please kindly wait. Thanks a lot for your support.

Q: HOw do you get it to fit the brush? Is there a trick?

A: The trick is that there are two different, incompatible refills, both bearing the same stock numbers, and indicating they fit the same model brush handle. To make sure you get the right one for the handle you have, remove the used refill before going to purchase replacements. Observe the number cast into the back surface of the refill ("2" in my case). At the store, open the packages until you find one with the same number. I ended up with "1's", six months before I needed them! No bill, no return. 1's WILL break the retainer tabs in a handle designed for 2's. Joey's comment about wrong numbers being ordered is not valid. Both refills have the same stock number.

A: All-natural palmyra wood fiber bristles offer a stiff texture to effectively clean off your grill's cooking surface. However, it's not dishwasher safe.
