good roaster, fit a 18lb turkey with plenty of room to spare. good depth below the tray allowing for lots of room for added veggies for flavor while cooking easy to clean after. only drawback is that the handles are hard to grab with oven mitts. would have been great if they came slightly bent outwards to make grabbing the handles easier.
