Don't buy this product

Had a previous unit and lasted 3 years. Purchased another unit and it is extremely noisy, and less functional than previous. I assume this one will only last 3 years or less too so when it goes, I will look for an alternative brand.

Bought this just over 2 years ago. Came home to a flood. Called the manufacturer “sorry they should last longer than that”. Not worth it for the price you pay.

Bought this water cooler and had to return it in less than a year…. Water was room temperature once the bottle was half empty and unit shorts out. Would never buy again.

Q: When the hot tank or cold tank is empty, does it have any safety feature that triggers the switch/switches off just so the unit wouldn’t overheat?

A: Would it have a fuse that trips and cuts the electrical current if ever the unit overheats? Just thinking what happens if the empty bottle warning light comes on and suddenly you’ll have a leak somewhere on the water supply line and nobody’s home. Leak will drain the reservoir and then the unit overheats.

Q: Problème:Lorsqu'on change la bouteille d'habitude en refermant la porte la pompe se met en marche ainsi que le refroidisseur. Depuis quelques fois, la pompe ne se met plus en marche , seulement le refroidisseur. Et le lumineux rouge continue de clignoter

Q: Why is there no on off switch? When i change it to a full water bottle the pump doesn't work automatically. I have to unplug it and plug it back in and that sucks. Is there a trick to this?
