I bought one some 10 years ago and it was getting old so I decided to replace it with the same (only knobs are different). This is a great large BBQ, the only thing I replaced were the flame tamers.

This is my second MC Elite. Love them. In a disposable world, best bang for your buck…. But it won’t actually go bang…. That wouldn’t be a good selling feature.
We use ours around 300 days of the year.

Q: Just purchased this and I am having difficulty igniting all four burners. I get the main one to ignite no problem using the starter but the other 3 will not ignite unless I use a sparker. I had this same model before and never had an issue. Its Nat. gas

A: Should be a "AA" battery inside that can be replaced. Unscrew replace battery and make sure it's revealed when installing again.

Q: I converted this to NG when I purchased. Now I need to switch it back to propane. I have already installed the propane orifices but I am wondering what to set the adjustment screws on each regulator

A: Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to do the reverse conversion by undoing all the steps you did to convert to natural gas. Directions are available by contacting customer care by phone or email at: 1-855-453-2150 or support@masterchefbbqs.com. Please note, the original regulator hose is required. If you no longer have the regulator, please notify customer care. Hope this helps!

Q: Is the propane hose hookup a crimp on to the bbq or screw on? What size if screw on?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The regulator hose for liquid propane is a screw-on connection for QCC-1/Type-1 20lbs Tank. The regulator hose is 58.5cm (23") long.
