J’ai acheté ce couteau santoku il y a six mois et honnêtement, je suis vraiment surpris de la qualité par rapport au prix. Il coupe super bien dès la sortie de l’emballage, se tient bien en main, est bien équilibré, a un bon poids et tout ça pour $15!!! J’ai juste hâte que Master Chef fabrique un sakiri avec la même qualité.
