Never received my order
a month ago
Ordered from a store in Sudbury, received someone else’s order. Was given a return label to send the package back. AFTER I send it I will get my refund and have to reorder my original order. Not ideal and will not be ordering again.

A: Remember the Thermometer requires four (4) batteries 2 each for the base with the probe & 2 for the reciever must be installed properly & need to be new. Make sure probe is securely attached to base if this is not it then its done get the sender to get a replacement

A: We do use two separate units in same oven. you stick the probe in the meat.

A: Hello. The unit that we puchased 2 years ago has never failed us in the temperature reading. We use our smoker once a week, have always used the trusty MasterChef digital thermometer and have never had any regrets. Perhaps your thermometer is faulty and would suggest returning it with a replacement. Hope this helps answer your inquiry. Yukoner

Q: Unfortunately, the wire has become damaged after about 2-3 years of use. I really like this product and would like to replace the wired probe. What is the size of the connection port? (where cable connects to unit).

A: Dear customer, the connection port is fit for Dia. 2.5mm probe connector plug, but the sensor of the probe will be different is from a other brand and it will affect the temperature reading accuracy, it is better to replace the probe from the same manufacturer and same brand. Thank you.

Q: Can this unit be recalibrated. It is reading 120 degrees and it is not inserted into anything!
