A gift and it works well

We purchased The MasterChef Icemaker Approximately two weeks ago. We were disappointed That the icemaker makes approximately 10 ice cubes Over eight minutes The ice cubes are approximately 1/3 the size of a regular ice cube . You have to be there every hour to empty the tub of cubes it makes It is advertised to make 26 pounds of ice in 24 hours However you have to be there every hour to empty the tub Containing approximately 50 ice cubes Then on top of everything else when we try to return the icemaker we were told that we could not get our money back. They said they would keep the icemaker at the return desk while we go into the store and choose an item of the same value or higher to replace the icemaker I have never heard of such a ridiculous return policy. We walked down one aisle and then thought this is ridiculous. We are not spending $100 just to spend $100 We went back to the return desk when we were told that we could take the icemaker home with us and within the next year if we found something we wanted for the same value or higher, bring the icemaker back then So instead of returning the icemaker now We can keep it for up to a year and return it then That makes absolutely no sense to me

Works just as good as the high end brands.
