Q: I just purchased a Master Chef mixer Model 043-2746-2. It is incredibly loud when running. Is this normal? Would be quite the annoying for use longer than a minute or two!

Q: How can I make the adjustment to lower the beater or raise the bowl to make better contact with bowl ingredients? I’ve seen page after page how to do it on a Kitchenaide but nothing on the Master Chef mixer.
