This bean sprouting kit can also be used with any sprouting seed, including alfalfa, broccoli and more, allowing you to enjoy fresh, crisp, nutritious sprouts right from your countertop in as little as two to five days. The anti-roll feature on the faceted sides helps prevent the jar from rolling off edges, as well as pegs, so the jar can be left upside down for optimal drainage.
