won't keep things hot for very long at all. I was hoping to at least get an hour out of it but the liquid cools very fast in this.

Great cup, easy to clean. My problem is that it keeps items too hot for too long! I put in my tea with milk at 7am and at 3 pm it's still a bit too hot to sip!

One of the few that is leak proof

Purchased because my previous daily use mug (black) - the lid started to fail. This mug is one of the few that is leak proof and when one of the coloured ones was 1/3 off no brainer (cheaper to purchase complete then the lid seperately).

Q: How long it may hold drinks as hot?

A: Mine stays hot for 8 - 10 hrs - Only IF, I placed boiling water in mug for 5 mins then leave 2 inches from top inside. Plus, it depends how cold temperature is outside- can also affect hot beverages. Note: Do Not Use Straw - This will melt in hot drinks. Hope this helps you.
