Manna Tahoe Insultated Mug

The mug is great but i can't get the cap to twist on so the drinking mouth piece is in the middle. It stops right by the handle and it's very hard to get a drink where it's so close to the handle without it spilling. Not really happy with it at all.

Q: How do you put on the lid, without the mouthpiece being over the handle? I tried for 10 minutes, starting at every spot... always always... the drink hole is next to the handle. Just me?!?

A: Put the lid on, lining the hole up with the handle. Press down firmly with your palm and turn a quarter turn till the hole is in line where you would drink from. I was also struggling with getting the lid lined up. Stumbled upon this method quite by accident. This is now my favourite go-to mug. Bought the big Manna silicon straws to use with this mug. It only takes 4 ice cubes to keep a full mug cold for hours. I now want the smaller Manna mug to keep my tea hot when sitting at the campfire.

Q: Is there an option for left handed people so the spouts lines up when drinking with your left hand?

A: I think you refer to cup with a handle. I am left handed but the lid will not screw in and line up to hold in left hand. I tend to drink with right hand and also meant for using in car so use of right hand

Q: I would like to know if the lid is easy to screw on and off. I'm thinking of buying this for my mother with arthritis in her hands and does not havethe best mobility.

A: I am a senior, and I bought this cup because it felt good in my hand. The handle was nice and big and the the lid came off quite easily. I hope your Mom enjoys using it as much as I do.....Merry Christmas
