Very disappointing

While it keeps drinks hot or cold a reasonable length of time, the rubber gasket in the lid simply fell out 3 months after I started using it! I only ever handwash, and one time found the gasket flopping around while I was trying to clean it. I put it back in place and not long after, discovered the mug literally pouring out a stream of hot liquid when it tipped over. I ignored it thinking I hadn't tightened enough. But after enduring this several more times, I checked the lid and the gasket was gone! It was too late to return to the store because I delayed using it till required to go back to the office so it was past the return date. P.s. coworker with identical mug and intact gasket still has leaking issues and is unhappy with it.

Flawed, unsanitary lids

The lids are garbage. Even if you take them apart and shake them until your arm hurts, there can still be a bit of liquid left trapped somewhere inside the lid. Whether that is leftover coffee or soapy dishwater is anyone’s guess, but you can imagine the sanitary concerns that raises. Nothing like a mouthful of last week’s coffee/dishwater to start your day. Also, the rubber seal inside the lid gets old coffee or whatever you were drinking stuck inside it and only removing the seal and soaking it will get this clean. Just a ridiculous and unsanitary design. I tossed them after 2 months; though I should have returned them for such a serious and obvious flaw.
