Description is wrong. Bait and switch tactic

The product is not what was described when purchased. It is not even Maisto brand, but Canadian Tire's own brand. What is worse is how the store clerk's response is when I showed it to her that it is not what I ordered. She simply said, "This is not what you ordered." without verifying the product I am holding does not match what the online pickup receipt shows. Total incompetent!

I ordered this car on Canadian Tire’s online site. When it was delivered, I received a different car. I was told that this car is one of many cars in a collection, so you may not necessarily receive the car that you saw online. Apparently, the product code is the same for all the cars in the collection…Lol
