Sounds amazing on my 03 Sierra 1500

Bought this muffler and had some custom adapters made, and an extension pipe, threw it all together and fired it up. Sounds a lot better than before, i can hear a deeper tone. I felt some performance gain,not much.

I have a '97 GMC Sierra 4.3L v6.
the exhaust doesnt make the truck louder but the tone is a lot deeper. great product

Installed on my 1997 Mazda MX-6 LS, 2.5L V6 a few months ago when my OEM muffler rusted out. I wanted something to enhance the OE sound and after many months of research I chose the Magnaflow and WOW what a difference. It has a deep, agressive tone.. It's not raspy or tiney. I always get compliments and it certainly doesn't sound like your every day Sport compact Import, which I love.
For anyone who is considering this muffler for there car, Ive added a video which will take you to a sound clip of what this muffler sounds like on a stock 2.5L KLDE V6 Mazda MX-6. You'd think it was modified, but it's not at all.

A: In addition, this is a universal muffler that was not built for any specific passenger car or truck. And that “sound good” is subjective to the individuals personal likes. We suggest you YOUTUBE “Civic” and “Magnaflow 14325” to get some examples.

A: These are a universal fit muffler. If your car has an offset inlet and a center outlet then it will fit really well.

A: Hi, thank you for your question. Based on the dimensions of this Magnaflow unit, when compared to your OE unit it will fit your 2011 Nissan Versa 1.8L. That being said, you will encounter an issue where the new Magnaflow unit mates up to the resonator assembly. Currently on the OE unit, there is a flange on both the OE muffler assembly that mates up to the resonator assembly. The Magnflow unit would not come with this flange as it is a universal style. There are a couple ways to bypass this issue, my recommendation would be to cut the flange off of the resonator assembly where it meets the OE style, then use a series of connectors/adaptors and clamps to join it to the new Magnaflow unit. You may also be able to source a flange you could attach to the Magnaflow muffler that would mate up with the original resonator assembly.

A: This muffler has a 2 ¼” outlet so any of our 2 ¼” inlet exhaust tips would fit onto this muffler.

A: Magnaflow mufflers are universal fit and will require adapters to fit the stock 2” system. The two Magnaflow mufflers listed below both feature 2-1/4” inlet & outlets, 14” body length and 20” overall length CTC product # 0128748 is a satin finish CTC product # 0344045 is a polished finish
