The premium features are so slow

I bought this a year ago and I really enjoyed this nou ray player until I tried to watch Netflix and YouTube, YouTube barely works and Netflix just straight up freezes I would not recommend this player if you are planning on using the “premium” features.

LG always makes excellent products. Have a cellphone made by LG and a computer monitor also made by LG. Very happy that I bought this product. Easy to set up and quick connection to my WiFi connection. Plays all my DVDs without any issues. The picture quality is superb. As an owner of a computer consultation business I highly recommend LG products including this blu ray DVD player. :)

Q: BP350 Blue Ray - When connected to an AVR with arc/e-arc to the TV will Blue Ray send Dolby Digital sound.

A: HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) and eARC can send audio through a single HDMI cable. eARC has a higher bandwidth than ARC, which allows for higher bitrate audio and uncompressed Dolby Atmos signals. However, if your TV is eARC enabled but your AVR is only ARC compatible, you might still get sound but it won't be as high quality.
