Unusable. Hardened in unopened tube

I purchased the product for curb side delivery and picked it up the following day. I opened it that same day and it was hard and unusable. Obviously there was a problem with the seal in the tube. With current restrictions I was unable to return the product. I had to purchase a new product which delayed my project several days.
