LePage Interior/Exterior Wood Filler is the handyman's secret weapon for flawless wood repairs. This smooth, latex-based paste spreads easily into cracks and holes up to 18-mm, drying into a durable filler that takes screws and nails without cracking. The water-resistant formula bonds tightly to wood surfaces, resisting shrinkage, cracks, and mould. It sands smooth for quick repairs inside or out, matching the natural wood tones of oak, maple, and more.

A: Thank you for the question. The LePage Interior/Exterior Wood Filler is a latex, water-based product. It may not be well suited for use on MDF wood and may cause swelling of the wood. Instead you might consider using the LePage Plastic Wood product which is solvent based material.

A: Thank you for the question. Assuming you r garage door is wood the LePage Interior/Exterior Wood Filler can be used to fill and repair small cracks. The success however will depend upon the nature of the cracks in the wood and if they are running with the grain of the wood. Severe cracks and splits cannot be effectively repaired in exterior exposures. Any expansion/contraction will cause the wood filler to fail
