Unfortunately I have not had a chance to use this pan as yet. I've given it 5 stars based on the overall feel of the product, and based on other competing products that I looked at before purchasing this one. To me it says quality and value which is exactly what I was looking for.

I have the 7-, 5-, and now the 3-quart pots. They are great and retain heat well. I would recommend buying these pots. They do well in the oven for braising.

Brasier size great for smaller meal

I really appreciated finding a brasier that is both small enough for two to four people and has a white enamel finish. This was a rare find. Too often the companies only seem to produce huge pots that are of no or limited use to smaller families or groups. Getting good use of this particularly for steamed-stir fry vegetables
