chipped paint and loose handles

this didn't even last a year and they are all chipping and have loose handles...the company has a lifetime warranty so I am contacting them to see what they will do to handle the issue

Disappointed!

This set of pots failed my expectations. It's hard to believe they are original Lagostina. Found a scratch in one of the small pots when I took it home but overlooked it. After some time, another pot had two lines scratched in it. 3 months of use and the handle of the big pot is loose and there are small peeling spots on its side. I wish I could return the set.

Q: Bought today at a great price. Have gas stove - will the interior & exterior withstand the heat?

A: Yes it works. I have used lagostina utensil interior to cook food. I just love it. We cook food daily and yes it does withstand heat interior on electric stove and gas stove. Make sure you don’t over heat your pan that can cause it to burn also. You will need to clean the utensils first with water and soap. I don’t want to give you a wrong answer that you can use it exterior. I haven’t tried it yet. We usually make different dishes depending on the size of pans that we use at home. You can cook variety of different dishes like spinach boil eggs, milk noodles etc. My mom just loves keeping utensils so she told me to buy another lagostina set. Hope this helps

Q: Why is it called Lagostina Ticino Copper Non-Stick Cookware Set, Red, 10-pc? Where in this product is copper? It's not referenced anywhere in the layers of construction or on the box.
