11 years agoA: The copper items in the Collezione Pro set cannot be used on induction as they do not have an induction-safe base. If one of the copper items is put onto an induction plate, nothing will happen. The induction plate will not be activated. Also, the induction cooktop itself will not be damaged in any way if a cookware item, which is not induction-safe, is placed on it .

Q: will all the pieces work on induction
12 years agoA: The stainless steel and cast iron items are safe for induction stove tops; however the 1.0L and 2.2L copper saucepans and the 3.5 anodized saute pan do not work on induction stove tops.
