9 years agoA: Hello KSmb, The Lagostina Casa Mia Non-stick set has a silicone-poly exterior which will not easily scratch off over time - it is very durable and easy to clean. The Casa Mia Non-stick set is also dishwasher safe, but as with any non-stick set, silicone or wood utensils would be recommended for use over metal utensils. Thank you.
