Seems that my wife can't have enough pots and pans. She likes the non stick type and this seems to fit the bill for her. Decent size and can cook up veggies, meats and assorted concoctions.

bought this 2 years ago, used once and coating came off and developed cavities. I'm now looking for the best possible way to recycle it. In other words (and very surprisingly for Lagostina which is overall a good brand), this product is terrible.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Traditional seasoning heats carbon steel woks to a high heat until oil is smoking. Normal use of a wok uses high heat and a quick cooking time. How can this wok be effective if it is recommended we only use low to medium heat for seasoning and cooking?

A: Because it is a teflon-type pan. PFAS cannot be heated too much because it will degrade the coating. Here the coating is applied to vallays in the honey comb surface of the pan/wok.

Q: I just bought it from Canadian Tire, I wonder if this is a NON-STICK wok? as I dont like NON-STICK one, I want the wok can be used for metal turner and no worry for non-stick materials peel off for health issue.

A: We use are glass top stove no problem but not sure if it's ok on the induction style top. I don't see why you couldn't but have thrown out any manual that came with it. I would google it.

Q: Is the coating inside the wok toxic? After few uses the coating is coming off.

A: Yes, we use it on an induction cooktop however we find that the non stick coating isn’t great and builds up a crust when stir frying
