Woven material on the Arms fell apart

After 2 seasons this also happened to me ,the material on the arms and the back of the larger settee simply fell apart.I thought I
Could buy some weave to fix it ,but it does not seem possible .Seems a shame to throw the whole thing away ,but it is very unsightly

We are very sorry for your experience. For a very short period of time, we had a small batch of weave that did not cure to the full UV Process. While we had caught most of the products, your set may have been affected. Griffin lazy boy chair

I bought two of these chairs. I do like them but after only two seasons the arms on one of the chairs just fell apart. They were stored inside out of the weather and this happened I was not happy as they are not cheap chairs. Not sure if I would recommend this product.

Disappointing

Loved this chair until the fabric started to disintegrate after only two seasons of use. Tried to get replacements but was told to "google it' by the supplier. I was also taken aback to find out that the supplier isn't even La Z Boy! Disappointed and not impressed! :-( Would not recommend!

Q: What is the frame made of? What frames the resin wicker? Aluminum, wood, steel? Need to know how weather resistant this outdoor chair is. At this price one would hope they opted for aluminum.

A: This frame has a powder coated steel frame. The Recliner mechanism is zinc coated with plastic washers for the moving parts to protect the finish.
