Won't open

Spent a long time trying to open it with tapping and with the manual release. It lit up and rocked, but never opened. My daughter had been looking forward to it as a present for her fourth birthday and was sorely disappointed.

Magical

My girls love this toy. My 5 year old got it for a birthday gift and my 7 usually pays no attention to any of her toys, but not this one. They both enjoy playing and caring for this beautiful new addition to our toy family! It is made well enough to survive the many crashes. She is not too good at landing, and so far it has not been an issue.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas but all of a sudden it shakes and likes up but won’t open!!

Daughter opened this on Christmas and initially it worked fine the first time she used it. But now the container won’t open whatsoever. It is locked and locked TIGHT. It glows and shakes every now and then. We’ve changed the batteries. Nothing works to get it open!
