Good quality, fast shipping

Used it for my daughter's 8th birthday. It shipped quickly and arrived before the estimated date, which was great! We had to order online due to low stock or none in stock at the local Party City store. It was easy to take the balloons to the local store and have them filled. They are good quality balloons too.
