Very aggravating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was so excited for this doll but it’s was extremely difficult to get the fuzzy stuff off of it. It did help dipping it in warm water but even then it was hard.it also caused a big mess! But after we finally got everything off it was a cute doll and my daughter enjoys it.
