Very poor design

Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Beautiful but lousy wall anchors

I bought this whole set— towel bars, tp holder, small towel bars. They look gorgeous but the wall anchors were cheap.
