Worked, but now just gets stuck

Worked great for about a month. Easy to drop it in, it would work and clean the bottom of the pool. After about a month, it would just get stuck on the wall and be unable to turn around. Seems it wouldn't bump the wall hard enough to swing the navigation blade. So now I have to be nearby to manually (with pole) pivot the arm so it turns around. I've tried many trick found online but at its best it does 3 times across the pool and just sits on the wall.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Be aware this cleaner is NOT made for use with bladder wall pools!

I want to clarify the cleaner is great - nothing to do with quality - BUT a warning - the box said it would work on all types of pools, but it does NOT work on bladder pools with a curved floor to wall. We have a very large rectangular Coleman pool from CT and as much as I am sure it works well on pools with 90 degree angle sides, it gets stuck on curved walls when the wheels lift up too far and cannot make contact (floor to wall not a round pool) and it will just sit there and try to run. We were disappointed we had to return it. I am sure it is a excellent vacuum on hard walled pools though!

Follow up review and warning

In follow up to my previous review that was noted by the manufacturer as resolved - Their solution was to turn off the pump and they would send a new directional fin (mine is not damaged and moves freely). Neither of these solved the issue. The feedback from the manufacturer is as follows: The robot is able to pickup dead bugs, small twigs, coarse sand, small and medium leaves. I believe the dirt in the pool is is too fine to be filtered by the robot and it passing trough the filter holes. So PSA the vacuum is not meant for dirt. Invest in a higher end product as I am now doing.

To use the robot, the the filtration pump need to be turned OFF. The robot cannot operate normally with the return jet pushing water back to the pool, the current can affect the behavior of the Delta 200 in the pool. The information is written in the User Manual. If the debris is too fine it may not be able to be collected by the filter cage. The Delta 200 collects the most common debris in a swimming pool. Kokido
