Just get a regular faucet

The faucets hands free sensor stopped working on the original and the replacement. The third replacement was a standard faucet because I wasn’t going to be bothered again. Also you look like a moron when you go to someone else’s house and start waving your hand under the kitchen sink like a dimwitted magician thinking it will somehow just turn on or off. Also, it’s plugged in, so I don’t know if it will work if the power goes out.

Wonderful, once they got it right

The faucet is fantastic! The touchless feature is especially nice when both hands are dirty or occupied. The spray power is great! The wifi is fun, e.g. Alexa, ask Kohler to pour 2 cups of water, is totally cool! However, it didn't connect with the original faucet because they sent a unit with a faulty board, which they knew about. What's up with that? For the price, you'd think they'd send an up-to-date unit. I'd recommend it, but you might want to call them before ordering to save yourself the hassle of crawling under the sink twice.

Love this faucet

We bought this faucet in August and recently installed it. It installed seamlessly. We love the look of the faucet and the touchless features. I'm not sure if we will ever have a 'conventional' faucet again.

Firmware Updates / Kohler Connect

Purchased the faucet with the Kohler connect earlier this year. Great design, but complicated voice commands for use, could be similar. The biggest gripe is the lack of ongoing firmware updates, if they are out there hard to find to verify that the latest firmware update is installed on the faucet. The app doesn't tell you that you have the latest and greatest, and there isn't a place to click for check for update. On the website, haven't found a place to check for the latest either. Difficult to use with HomeKit and or Amazon Alexa

Not thrilled at all...

Like the look of the faucet but very disappointed with the way Kohler implements the technology aspects of the product. They require an address and appear to take data for the product to fully function. Turn the data require off or refuse to accept their privacy policy and the faucet doesn't fully function. Why does a faucet company need to know my address and collect data on when I turn it on and off. All I wanted was a faucet that worked hands free (wave hand underneath it to turn it on, remove hand or wave again and turns off). I would not buy this faucet if knew what I know now.
