Trickle out of the box.

Brand new - trickle from 1st install. Spent 3 hours trying to take it apart and replaced the cartridge - but still nothing. Kohler has been good in past but this is a trust breaking debacle for me. This faucet clearly has a proclivity to blockage and its not in the areas you would hope/expect ie the cartridge or the head aerator. There is something here that they are clueless about or not telling us. Very annoyed at not being able to use the new spare kitchen I built over 3 months because of this "semi-pro" faucet.

Failed after a couple years

I've got the same problem as others are reporting here. Out of nowhere one day the flow reduced to a trickle. Spent a ton of money on a plumber trying to debug various things only to eventually find it is a failure somewhere deep inside the faucet itself.

Acheté en rabais et seduit par la renomer de la marque… Coule mal, ca crachote sur les cotés, coule comme si c’était un pommeau cheap, bref pour le prix le model «semi-pro» est semi satisfaisant, semi fonctionnel, semi-camelote … déçu je vais aller le retourner ou appeler service client de Kholer leur dire mes commentaires … je croyais faire une bonne affaire… pas du tout, mais pas du tout, je suis pris à le redéfaire, remettre en boîte, (c’est qui me suis fait mettre en boître), le reporter, rebretter… un rabais vite oublié vu l’ampleur du trouble…

Q: How powerful is the spray setting? Comparable to Moen? (which is a super dish cleaning piercing phenomenon). What is the Kohler warranty like? All it says is "This product carries a special warranty. Please see your local CT" as good as Moen?
