Faulty Design - UNHAPPY

Faucet was installed a few years ago. Within about 6 months, the water flow dropped off and it stopped allowing me to switch between spray or normal flow, and pause. Kohler was good about replacing the spray head at no charge. I am now on my 3rd spray head with the same performance from each replacement. I’ve tried soaking the head in vinegar overnight plus a commercial scale remover with NO improvement. I’m convinced that it is not build up of any kind and that there is a design flaw in the spray head so I can’t recommend this particular faucet. I have several other Kohler products and usually recommend them to friends.

To help narrow down what is causing the low flow, we recommend unscrewing the sprayhead to test the flow from the hose alone. Defective spray arms

My Kohler Purist faucet spray arm began malfunctioning after one month of use. Kohler sent another. That has failed after 6 months of use. I bought Kohler based on what I guess were past claims of high quality but it seems that function takes a back seat to form now.

stop buying this defunct faucet!!!

Our condo is only 2 years old and this faucet is the bane of my existence. The two buttons that switch the faucet from spray to stream mode constantly gets stuck. When the faucet is stuck in the spray mode, it makes an absolute mess while trying to do dishes, wash veggies, etc. Developers, pleeeeeease stop buying this for the name brand, and pick something more functional.

Form over function

Product as described. Non-adjustable laminar flow and fixed 90-degree downward sprayer angle effectively shortens the reach (8”) vs. my old Fairfax pull-out. Have avoided excessive splashing reported by others by angling the faucet arm parallels to the backsplash, rotating the sprayer forward and reducing the water flow.
