A: Yes it can be. Kleen-flo Premium GLAF has many of the properties a good Diesel Conditioner has. That being said we would recommend Kleen-flo Diesel Fuel Conditioner (#038-0850) before we would recommend GLAF for a diesel vehicle. The 1 Litre size, Kleen-flo is available at Canadian Tire and would be a better performing and economical choice for a diesel engine.
