Powerful Blender

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased blender just over a month ago. It has a very strong motor so blends everything well. Clean up is a breeze using the clean button. Overall I think the blender is fantastic.

Disappointed

The blender does not crush ice instead turns it into snow. When I try to make smoothies with frozen fruits, it stops working even when I add liquid. If my fruits are defrosted then no problem, it will make a nice smoothie. Quite disappointed as the reviews were positive. Any tips would be great!
