Je suis pâtissière professionnelle, croyez-moi, ça vaut la peine d’acheter le "pro" au lieu du artisans.
Il est stable, facile à nettoyer, sans pivot ( se qui selon moi prolonge sa durée de vie). Il est facile à réparer en cas de pépin. KitchenAid a déjà fait c’est preuve. Pas besoin d’en dire plus. J’ai le miens depuis 7 ans et en ai déjà vu de 30 ans qui fonctionne comme neuf.

Je l'adore! Puissant et versatile! Les premières fois, j'ai dû développer de nouvelles habitudes pour l'utilisation du batteur. Il était trop puissant... j'éclaboussais le beurre, la crème, le mélange. Mais là, tout va à merveilles. Très satisfaite!

Easy to Use!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this a while back for my new house. I finally got it out to use and love it! Made bread and squares. Super simple to use, all the parts came with it, plus good instructions. Note it is very heavy!

Q: Does this mixer also fit a 5 qt bowl if I bought it separately? It seems like a 3 qt bowl is pretty small for such a powerful mixer. Also, are the mixing attachments plastic or metal?

A: I have almost all the attachments and they all fit, although I don't have the ice cream maker I do believe they make them to all be universal. I do have the other cheaper one and the attachments fit it also. Hope this helps
