Q: Is KitchenAid® Professional 5™ Plus Series Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer w/ 10 Speeds, Contour Silver, 5qt perfect for heavy, dense mixtures?
3 years agoA: Always a best bet to ask the manufacturer or contact kitchen aid directly cause they have more knowledge of the specs and motor functioning, BUT I have been using mine to support my small business making bath bombs and other products Wich batches do tend to get pretty heavy , and it does seem to work well. I DO however, keep an eye on the heat of the motor when making those larger batches by touching the top, and if it’s warming up I do sometimes shut it off and let it rest for a minute or a couple minutes and then continue. I’ve been using mine for about a year now and love it! But like anything, the better you care for it the better it will work/ last.

Q: Hi! The item description says its 450 Watt-motor, but the picture says its 375 Watt-motor. Could you confirm please what is the actual power?
