I thought buy once, cry once....

I bought this a few years ago but it didn't last me more than 12 hours total of being used before it started smelling of burnt plastic and dying. I think the motor died or burnt out? I foolishly thought, "that's like just the new car smell for a blender". I thought If I shelled out the price for a premium brand blender it would last me for for a long time or decades. Now all it does now when I plug it in is make a click sound when turning the knob but nothing happens.
Tried to return but was outside the return period. I thought at the time I didn't need to buy a extended warranty because its a Kitchen Aid blender a quality product! I was not happy to be proven wrong on that.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Best Bang for Buck

Surprisingly good results for a fraction of the cost. Can do most blender jobs with ease. Initially was going to look for a vitamin but then stumbled on video comparing that pricey unit with this one. Ran out immediately and purchased the much lower priced Kitchen Aid while it was on sale. Glad I did.

Best Blender Ever

My last blender was a KitchenAid. It lasted over 15 years. Decided to go with the brand that has proven itself. So far I've only blended smoothies but it's done a great job. The blender cups are VERY handy! It's relatively quiet...for a blender. Easy to clean.

I had Ninja Professional Blender and this is so much better. The noise is minimal and the speed to crush ice is fantastic. I have only used it once so far but right now, this is better, quicker, quieter than the first time I used my Ninja. Would highly recommend
