Really disappointed

Really disappointed in the instructions. Says to go on website. No instructions on cleaning that are easy to find. KitchenAid has really dropped the ball. Hope no one cuts their fingers off trying to use it or clean it.

Dead on Arrival

I received this as a gift I had been wanting for a long time. All of my other stand mixer attachments have been excellent and are such a huge help in the kitchen. This one, however, never worked right out of the box. I worked through all of the troubleshooting steps, had a friend try them all as well, and still nothing. The attachment makes noise like it's trying to do something, but never engages well enough to make any of the blades move more than a few underpowered millimeters.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Precision Cutting !

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I wish I’d had my Kitchen Aid and this attachment 50 years ago ! I always spend time every summer and fall making home preserves. My recipes indicate slicing and dicing, which is very time-consuming. I’ve used other equipment brands and always had to go back to slicing and dicing by hand as my veggies and fruits turned out as mush with other equipment brands. Not with Kitchen Aid ! How delightful to have equipment that does exactly what it promises to do - and that is precision slicing and dicing. What a fabulous time saver - Kitchen Aid “sliced” hours off my prep time - Thanks so much for a great product ! 🤗
