I have had a number of vegetable peelers throughout the years and always went with the "cheaper" option as it was only a vegetable peeler. Well not this time. I purchased this peeler because it was reasonably priced AND my old one had fallen apart for the last time. It is very comfortable in your hands, almost a joy to peel carrots with it. I would highly recommend you pick this one up if you are looking for a new peeler. AND it not only feels good it in the hand but the black matte finish makes it a looker too. You really can't go wrong.
