Defected mixer

The mixer stopped working after 10 min in use,started smoking power would not shut off,very disappointing,it’s a kitchen aid,very expensive,never mind did not have the colours the had on display,wanted blue,or white,or pink even would take white but not available,exchanged for another mixer mixer once again the only colour available was stainless steel,very disappointing

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Initially we were not interested in purchasing a stand mixer. It was our daughter who insisted that we need one and it has to be a Kitchen Aid. So after her persistence we agreed. It was a great idea! We didn’t realize what a difference it made! And, our daughter has become quite the baker! She uses it at least once a week to make cookies, bread dough and pastries etc…Works very well for hard butter and thorough mixing. Can’t wait to try out other attachments. Thank for giving us a tool to create lots of family memories in the kitchen together! Harry
