(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) ThIs is great product. However, there is a design flaw in the coupling between the motor base and the jug. There is a plastic housing around the jug base coupling that has failed once already. KitcheAid was terrific and sent me a replacement at no charge, but I anticipate that since it is the same design, it will fail again.

Great blender

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had this for almost 3 years with no issues, then the drive coupling on the blender wore out. Had a quick conversation with customer service and they sent me a replacement coupling at no cost. Now the blender works like new again!
