Great Product

I love it!!! I bought it mainly because rolling my perogi dough is a daunting task and this product makes it way easier. Also, I can roll the dough thinner than hand rolling and the dough on the finished perogies tastes more tender when using the pasta roller set. The dough does not stick to the rollers as long as you keep the dough well floured.

One of the three pìeces was missing in the box ...

The 3 pîece pasta roller and cutter was a Christmas gift for my niece who is a cook by profession and has been slowly collecting the Kitchen Aid accessories. But we went from elation on Christmas morning when she opened the present ... to frustration when she got home later in the day and discovered that one of the three pieces was missing in the box. Lesson learned ... always open the box and check the item BEFORE you leave the store with it.
