The swing looked great out of the box with its natural wooden design, but the quality just isn’t there. The wood started splintering after a few weeks outside, even though it was supposedly weather-resistant. Assembly was also frustrating—some of the holes didn’t line up properly, and the instructions were confusing. My kids were excited, but now I’m constantly worried about safety. For the price, I expected something much sturdier.”

Glad I got it on sale. It’s decent.

Not bad. Got it on sale, was a bit smaller then I thought it was going to be, the board on the top that’s attached to the swings bends when my 5 year old swings on it. Kinda sketchy. But overall it’s pretty decent. I like that it can be mounted on either side for the slide. Didn’t take long to put together. Maybe 3 hours.

Q: what is the dimension of the slide? and has anyone found it causes splinters from the wood? trying to decide between wood and plastic

A: Hi there, The Sunview II Swing Set slide dimensions are 71"L x 15.5"W x 40"H. KidKraft uses only premium playset lumber, ensuring the safest product for your children’s use. Although great care has been taken in selecting the best quality lumber available, wood is a product of nature and susceptible to weathering (changes in the aesthetics of the wood). A: It states 4-8h; but dont feel like superman thinking you'll do it in two. You'll feel bad about your performance. Took me 8+3h modifications to make sure its safe for use.

A: Lets just say there isnt any. They call the space underneat the slide and the stairs a sandbox. I call it clearing space.

Q: Can the swing beam be installed on the other side of the play structure? I'm just wondering if the beam for the swings can be attached to the other side of the play structure.
