Q: How do you get the descale light to reset. Scaling was done, unit reset by unplugging, light still comes on
5 months agoA: In order for the Descale light to turn off, you must enter Descale Mode on the coffee maker. To ender Descale mode, press and hold the CUPS and OZ buttons together for 3 seconds.

Q: Does this unit have a programmable 24hr timer for choice of carafe or single pod brew?
a month agoA: Hi DaddyT, The K-Duo Gen 2 has a programmable 24-hour Auto Brew feature for the carafe. You can set the carafe to start brewing at a specific time up to 24 hours in advance. Please note that Auto Brew is available for the carafe only, not for single-serve pod brewing. Keurig Canada

Q: Care kit I bought came with water filter pods. There is no instruction on how to use them or with which Keurig coffee maker.
3 months agoA: In the water reservoir, there is a tall clear plastic item standing in the center. You twist to unlock/remove it. The bottom opens - this is where the filter pod goes. Close the holder, and put the item back into the reservoir, twist to lock in place. You should pre-soak the filter in a dish of water for a half hour before putting it in your machine. Give it a quick rinse as well. Change it every 2-3 months or as needed.

6 months agoA: Hi Yes, all of our coffee makers are capable of dispensing hot water only. To do so, simply run a brew cycle without inserting a K-Cup® pod. Keurig Canada
