I love this little vacuum. I just bought it a few days ago and I’m absolutely amazed by this little vacuum sucked up the hair but no problem because I have two dogs and two cats so it helps.

Should Have Bought the Shark...

Bought this vacuum with the expectation of having the Kenmore Brand performance but I was so very wrong. Purchased this about 2 months ago and the suction is pathetic, performs okay with basic items like dust and hair but we have a dog who tracks in small stones and this vacuum DOES NOT have the power to suck up these tiny stones (even on the high setting) so I am left to sweep up the stones after I'm done vacuuming. The 30 day return window has well passed and there's no way I'm exchanging it under warranty for another. If you live alone with no pets or high pile carpet this vacuum would be fine for you otherwise, stay away.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Lightweight, easy to use, powerful enough for bare floors, can not comment on how well it works on carpet. Was looking for something for quick clean-up in the kitchen and hardwood floors and works well.

Love this vacuum! can not believe I am saying this about a vacuum cleaner, but it is great. Cleans my hardwood floors very well and the area rugs, too. And no cord is a game changer. Only complaint is the battery charge doesn't last a long time but charges quickly. I might go buy another one for the RV!

A: About 10-15 minutes on high setting, about 20min on low setting, but you basically need high setting to do any useful vacuuming. The low setting is pretty useless.

A: Yes it picks up pet hair well, but then the pet hair gets clogged in the beater bar roller which requires cleaning basically after every use. I also get wads of pet fur clogged in the shaft so I frequently have to plunge the wand shaft with a small wood stick to clear out the clogs. I do not recommend this product for anyone with long-fur pets. It's a nightmare to manage.

A: Usually a quick tap gets fine particles out. I usually also have to peel off fluff and fur from it since I have pets. For a more thorough cleaning I tried a can of compressed air but stopped because I got the sense that the paper would tear.

A: No. It has to be hung on the wall mount or leaned against something, and it's not great at leaning so when it not in use expect to have to hang it on the wall mount.

Q: Does the power nozzle trap& clog when picking up long hair ? Do you have to purchase replacement filters or any other items for the life of the vacuum ?

A: Yes, the power nozzle does trap and clog hair. I frequently have to plunge the shaft (every other to every third use) and have to clean the beater bar after every use. It's fairly easy to clean but it's a pain to have to do it every time. As for replacement parts, that depends on your use. I had a Kenmore microwave that lasted 26 years, no replacement parts needed. This vacuum? I don't see it holding up well beyond a couple of years in a busy family household setting. In a dorm or small apartment or condo setting without pets, I could see this thing lasting many years. I don't recommend this if you have pets.

A: Yes it picks up the hair off the floor but the hair gets entwined around the vacuum power head which needs to be cleaned after every use, and I frequently have to remove globs of hair from the vacuum shaft using a thin pole I made for it. Not recommended if you have long haired people or long furred pets in the house.
