Amazing and really useful device!

I LOVE this appliance. I bought on sale at half price - so it was a terrific value. I keep it charged in the bathroom and use this device every day. (I agree the battery could be better). It quickly and effectively keeps the shower stall and mirrors sparkling clean. Does a perfect streak-free job on all windows, mirrors or any other glass or glossy surface. With the extension pole, it makes cleaning the harder to reach exterior windows effortless. It will pay for itself just by what you save by not having to use rolls of paper towels!

Obtenu à travers des primes de mon employeur il y a +- 8 ans, je n'utilise que ça!
Vous pouvez utiliser du Windex, en vaporisateur, ou faire comme les professionnels: eau froide et savon à vaisselle de moindre qualité (Sunlight). C'est vite et bien.
J'en procure un à ma fille qui emménage dans sa 1 ère maison bientôt. ;-)

I've been using my unit for over 2 years now and I'm still loving it. I live in a condo and I have a lot of glass to clean. This unit makes cleaning so much faster! I just wish the battery life was a bit better and that the tank was a bit bigger.
Pros - it's small and easy to use. The rubber area is perfectly-sized for my needs.
Cons - battery life is a little short. The tank is also small so it requires emptying more frequently than ideal. If I recall correctly, the unit is rated for 50 sq.m (about 530 sq.ft) on one charge. I'd say I'm getting more like 40 sq.m per charge - not bad but just a wee bit short of what I'd like.

Q: can it be used upside-down? can it be used upside-down? I would like to use this on the outside glass panels of my 9th floor balcony. I think the only way to use it would be on an extension pole, pulling it up... or someone help me here.

A: Hi, thanks for the question! Yes, the Window Vacuum can be used upside down, but you'll need to turn it right side up once 20ml of fluid has accumulated so that the fluid can drain into the reservoir. Hope this helps! Karl, Karcher Customer Care Team

A: It comes with 1 reservoir for the fluid removed from the surface. Average time is 20 minutes, which studies have shown to be about 40 windows. Unless you leave it on continuously.
